Fire Underwriters Survey Information Page for Canadian Fire Chiefs
Delivery of emergency services is challenging at the best of times but during a pandemic there are additional concerns that Fire Chiefs and other emergency service providers need to consider.
The provincial and federal associations of Fire Chiefs provide great information and we strongly recommend that Fire Chiefs join these organizations and stay up to date on all relevant communications from these associations that provide the most up to date information for delivering emergency services during the pandemic.
The following links include important information for Canadian Fire Chiefs and we hope you will find them useful. Note that in some cases the information comes from non-Canadian sources but appear to be best practices that are currently published.
Free Access to members only COVID page: Fire Chiefs who have never had a CAFC members only account are advised that, the CAFC Board and NAC have agreed to offer a temporary free account to all chief fire offices and approved individuals wishing to access the members only COVID page. If you know any chief or company officers who would benefit from the COVID information, please do refer them to the homepage at www.cafc.ca.

FUS will continue to update and publish fire insurance grades to the best of our ability throughout the crisis as this information improves access to property insurance.
